Educational workshops, conducted by local and national leaders, will be held in the hospitality suites above the concourse. Workshops will include education in sustainable technologies and self expression through film-making, songwriting, dance, graphic and literary arts.

Learn basic movements to dance to contemporary flamenco rumba.  This workshop will focus on simple flamenco movements in a straight eight count rhythm.  All ages welcome!

Learn about the rich history of flamenco and the heartbeat of flamenco music and dance: compas.  This workshop will focus on two basic flamenco rhythms using palmas (hand claps) and cajon (box drum).

Perhaps most well known for his concerts with poet Robert Bly and Coleman Barks in addition to his work with ECM recording artist Steve Tibbetts, Marcus is an accomplished tabla player.
